A lot of enhancements have been been added to the latest release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Here are our favorites :

• Business Rules. Business Rules can now combine expressions using Add/Or and use if/then logic.
• Branching logic is now built in Business Process Flows . Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 allows to set up branching rules and combine multiple conditions within the same rule
• Searching across different entities is now possible by simply using the Search Bar. You can also configure specific fields on preferred entities.
• Security enhancements allow now managers to access records based on Hierarchy across the organization.
• Synchronization with Outlook has been enhanced with additional phone and address fields available for field level syncing.
• SLA can now be paused depending upon the Status Reason.
• Hierarchy Visualization. Record relationships can be visualized and fields can be rolled-up and calculated.
