Michaël started working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as an intern for a CRM consultancy company in 2011. Over the last 10 years he's gained experience across different industries, then pivoted to focus on banking and finance in the last 5 years. Driven by a passion to find the best solution for all parties involved, he quickly grew into the role of Solution Architect. He loves delivering qualitative and maintainable solutions for complex processes, while providing the business with optimal user experiences.
