The Register of Information (RoI) under DORA is a detailed repertory of all contracts with ICT Service providers or intra-group contracts for the provision of ICT Services, and helps support compliance with the regulation’s broader operational resilience objectives.

It consists of 15 Excel sheets, referred to as Register Templates (RT), containing 99 fields that provide detailed information about the financial group's structure, its ICT service providers, and their associated connections.The RoI aims to raise risk awareness and enhance proactive risk management, requiring financial entities to submit information annually and update it with significant changes, such as new critical third-party services.

The Microsoft ecosystem for the DORA Register integrates productivity and collaboration tools from Microsoft 365, such as Word, Excel, and Teams.

It incorporates role-based Copilot tools for various business functions and leverages low-code solutions via the Microsoft Power Platform, featuring Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. This ecosystem is supported by Azure OpenAI Service, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft Dataverse, ensuring robust cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance.
