Drawing on a proven track record of steering large-scale programs and driving operational efficiency, she leverages structured program management and leadership to guide cross-functional teams and deliver impactful, future-ready business solutions.
What moment or experience significantly changed how you approach your work today?
When I started managing larger projects, I realized my initial approach—trying to do everything myself in one day—wasn’t sustainable.
I shifted from trying to control everything at once to focusing daily on what matters, setting clear priorities, and empowering others. This change made me more effective and improved project outcomes and team collaboration.
However, I still begin each day with the same strong ambition—to deliver the best possible results for our customers.
What is one project, initiative, or problem you worked on that you consider meaningful and why?
One project I consider particularly meaningful was a large-scale CRM implementation. The project was complex, involving multiple stakeholders and phases.
What made it meaningful for me was realizing that success is not just about delivery, but about alignment, change management, and supporting users.
As a result, we were able to deliver solutions that were not only implemented on time but also effectively adopted by the business, although at the start, they were not keen on changing.
When facing complexity, how do you move forward?
When facing complexity, I focus on creating clarity step by step. In large projects, there is always uncertainty, so it’s important to break things down into manageable priorities.
I typically move forward by structuring the problem, prioritizing what really matters, and ensuring open communication with the team and customer.
The approach allows me to stay focused, keep the team and customer aligned, and continue making progress even in complex situations.
Can you describe a situation where you had to make an important decision with limited information? What guided you?
In one of the projects, we had to make a decision near go-live about reducing the scope due to time and resource constraints. We didn’t have complete information on all the impacts.
What guided me was focusing on risk and business impact—prioritizing what was critical for go-live and what could safely be postponed. I also ensured alignment with key stakeholders to validate assumptions and make the decision transparent.
In the end, we made a pragmatic decision that allowed us to go live on time while managing risks, and we followed up on the postponed items in a controlled way afterward.
What I learned is that you rarely have perfect information in complex environments, but if you stay structured, transparent, and aligned on priorities, you can still make sound decisions and keep momentum.
What do your teams rely on you for?
My team relies on me for bringing structure and clarity, especially in complex situations, and for keeping everyone aligned and moving forward.
At the same time, they know I’m a listening ear—I’m open to feedback and suggestions, and I make sure people feel heard and involved in the decisions we take.
What is one principle or belief that consistently guides how you deliver your work?
My guiding principle is to serve the customer while keeping the team truly aligned.
I focus on ensuring the right people are in the right place, so we can work as one team and deliver quality results together.
